Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop Swissprints.net. The provider of the online shop is L. Stoeber, info@swissprints.net.
2. Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with:
L. Stoeber, info@swissprints.net.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
3.2 By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer makes a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email immediately after receiving it.
Accepted orders can be canceled by the seller, in which case the payment will be refunded to the customer.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
4.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.
4.2 In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These will be clearly communicated to the customer before the order is placed.
5. Delivery and Delivery Conditions
5.1 Delivery is only within Switzerland.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2-5 days.
5.3 If the delivery of the goods fails due to the fault of the customer despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment can be made via Twint, Apple Pay, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.
6.2 Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
8.2 The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
8.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (info@swissprints.net) of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
8.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period has expired.
9. Consequences of Withdrawal
9.1 If the customer withdraws from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if the customer chooses a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of the withdrawal.
9.2 We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as the customer used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will the customer be charged fees for this reimbursement.
9.3 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof of sending back the goods, whichever is earlier.
9.4 The customer must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which they communicate the withdrawal of this contract to us. The customer must bear the cost of returning the product. We recommend using an insured shipping service as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
10. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
11. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the customer may regularly rely.
12. Final Provisions
12.1 Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12.2 Swiss law applies.
12.3 The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is the registered office of our company, provided the customer is a merchant.
